Cubed cheese 100 gm
Powdered black pepper 1.25 gm
Salt 5 gm
Mayonnaise sauce 30 gm
For garnishing:
- Celery or parsley-chopped
- Lettuce or cabbage leaves for decoration and platting
- Cut chicken into cubes
- Mix together chicken, cheese, salt and pepper
- Add enough mayonnaise and mix well
- Garnish, chill and serve
